Hello and welcome to my homemade master homemaker blog. After becoming a mommy a short 5 years ago, I began to struggle with time management. How is it possible to keep a clean house, have clean clothes to wear, work, go to school, eat, and manage to spend time with my daughter as a family. Not to mention keep your sanity. In order to save time, I began looking into recipes I could make ahead of time. The crock pot became my best friend, as did the wondrous invention of the one pot meal.
About a year ago, I was given the ability by my wonderful husband to become a stay at home mom. Perfect, I would have all the time I needed to get everything done and still have time to do school work and spend time with my family. I never realized how wrong I was. My to do list merely grew. In order to force myself to manage my time more efficiently, I began to follow a cleaning schedule and a to do list. This by no means was a fix all. I still have my hiccups. However, I am more likely to get things done through out the day with a schedule/to do list that I could keep myself accountable for.
Along with better time management, I began to focus on the need to a healthier lifestyle. Being healthy goes way beyond eating and exercising. I realized how harmful some products used almost daily in a household. Armed with this information, I began to research and experiment in order to find recipes to make items on my own. The best part was when I found that I began to save money while creating a safer environment for my family.
In order to spread the ease of use, I have decided to share some of my recipes. I began to sell some of my recipes in order to help those families that do not have the time to create them themselves but would still like to enjoy a healthier, safer lifestyle. I hope you enjoy my blog and I am always open to comments and suggestions.
